- How to identify and report workplace hazards
- Correct use of PPE and safety signage
- Safe handling of tools, materials, and potential risks
- Emergency procedures and first response actions
- WHS requirements under national and state laws

Entry requirements
As part of the enrolment process, you will need to undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and Digital Literacy indicator Assessment. This assessment is used for reviewing your suitability for this course.

Course Outcome
Students who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised. The Statement is issued by Australian Trade Training College (RTO 31399)
